Winter Goddess...

Silently she wanders the world
under metallic skies,
wrapped in her white velvet gown,
embellished with sparkling ice crystals,
that display a myriad of magic colours,
the bells chime
and the wind whistles in her honour a sweet melody,
snowflakes fall like petals from the sky,
frosted diamonds shine
like pluckered stars ornamenting the pines
while elves,fairies
and all creatures from the frozen forest
bow to the Winter Goddess,
as she takes possession of her kingdom,
a proud sovereign of stunning beauty,
her voice is a winter lullaby,
a spell that conquers the nature and people's hearts.
